Engine 2 is here...
Hi! I just bought a fire engine. Engine 2 is a 1971 Ford/Firemaster, built in Springfield, MO. She served the Weston, MO Fire Department for 34 years. She's equipped with a 500 gallon water tank, and a 750 gallons per minute Barton-American fire pump, powered by a 534 cubic inch V-8 gasoline fueled engine. And, she's identical to my first fire engine, a pumper built by the same company, with the same body, only in 1967. Please stay tuned, more to come!
